One of my key responsibilities at MAPFRE was to identify areas of improvement for both visual and UX design in their existing suite of digital B2B services. I worked closely with the development team to develop a more user-centric design process, rebuilt several systems from scratch, and made incremental improvements to several others.

In addition to the above, I was tasked with introducing a standardised design process, workflows and task management. My other responsibilities included sharing and disseminating knowledge and expertise about modern CSS architecture and accessibility standards.
