One of my key responsibilities at Reach Robotics was to re-design the Mekamon product website, and work with the UX researcher and development team to implement continuous optimisation.

This redesign also necessitated some evolution of the branding to appeal more effectively to the target audience.

Working from research conducted by the UX researcher and directly from information collected via HotJar and User Testing, I redesigned the entire Mekamon website including purchase process and user account management. After launch we supported the site with strategic iterations to improve user experience and engagement.
